Booking Policy

Confirmation & Payment

Reservation Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the initial payment as specified on the booking platform.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined on the booking platform. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required to cover potential damages or breaches of house rules.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Method: Self check-in is via a smart lock , allowing you to arrive on your schedule.

Access Details: The precise address and digital check-in guide will be automatically released to you 3 days before your check-in date.

Check-out: Check-out time is specified in your booking confirmation.

Guest Occupancy and Suitability

Maximum Occupancy: The property can accommodate up to 5-6 guests (Bedroom 1 sleeps 3 , Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 , plus 1 guest in the Living Room  with an air mattress). Please adhere strictly to the maximum number of guests stated in your booking.

Quiet Hours: We are located on a quiet residential street. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, particularly after 10:00 pm.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the townhouse.

No Parties/Events: The property is for accommodation purposes only. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.

Damages and Breakages

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Please report any breakages or damage immediately.

Pet Policy

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are strictly prohibited inside the townhouse or on the property at any time. A violation of this policy may result in an immediate request to vacate the property without a refund, and/or an additional deep cleaning fee.

Service animals, however, are permitted. 

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Guests receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 5 full days prior to the local check-in time on the day of arrival.

50% Refund: If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the accommodation fees for the remaining nights will be refunded.

No Refund: If the guest cancels less than 24 hours before check-in, or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
